





Fruit Foraging in the Cider Industry
Research Project
August 2022: In collaboration with my colleague Dr. Gregory Peck at Cornell University and New York Cider Association, I am engaging in a new research project to investigate the practice and produce of foraging in the cider industry. This project has been funded by the David M. Einhorn Center for Community Engagement at Cornell University.
